4. Payment & Billing
- Services are billed on a monthly or per-project basis, depending on your agreement
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided, though you may cancel future billing at any time
5. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential. We may only share information with third parties (e.g., government agencies or service providers) as required to complete services or when legally required.
6. Limited Liability
We strive for accuracy and professionalism in all services. However, GH Tax Advisors is not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in client-provided data
- Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on our services
- Penalties resulting from delayed client responses or noncompliance
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

8. Cancellations & Termination
